Toddlers have short attention spans, and are easily amused, so switching up the toys in their toy boxes can help to keep them amused with the same old toys. Your toddler probably won't even notice their toys are missing, unless of course it is their favorite one! By taking out some of their forgotten toys from the bottom of their toy chest, you can keep their interest.
If you choose to adopt, be honest with your child about his biological family. Adopted children are always going to want to know where they were originally from, and naturally they will look to you for the answers. Lying to your children about their origin will lead to a lot of resentment once they find out.
It is both incredibly rewarding and stressful to raise children. No matter how many children you raise, the troubles they cause will never cease to surprise and confound you.
