Family Concert: What Is Improvisation?

Jazz at Lincoln Center's upcoming show. As part of the Family Concert Series, Drummer Matt Wilson and his Arts & Crafts ensemble will lead audiences through an interactive program on the most fundatmental component of jazz, improvisation. They explore how jazz musicians invent music in the moment.

This is a great show for children, a wonderful way to get people of all ages excited about jazz.
