Joe Blessett Chillin out in dark places is a collection of all originals compostions all created mixing music and sounds from Joe "private library of music".

Blessett composed, produced, recorded all the music on this release. The result is a sound that can be classified as smooth jazz. Funky, mechanical grooves, mixed with special effects can be heard all over album on tracks like "Tell me something", "Help me pray", "Better Days", "Slayers and Prayers", "Friends, wines and good times".

This is not an album for jazz purists but could be something that a smooth jazz fans might enjoy.
