The album contains 16 tracks that from the start to the finish kicks and screams and makes you want to dance or in my case tap your feet furiously and puts a huge smile on your face, this is a totally feel good experience and when it ends there is only one thing to do and that's start again.
The outstanding tracks for me is the new single "Make You Move" and of course the soul anthem of the summer 2011 for me "Once I Had A Friend" and the much gentler "Head South" just show cases what an amazing band they are.
