I had the chance to experience the 40th New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival in New Orleans April 25- May 3. Here are a few shots I took of the variety of performers that make it that way. If you haven't made it to the festival before and you love Jazz, I highly recommend a visit sometime. You won't regret it!

Great pics. Thanks.
They should seriously take the word "jazz" out of this festival name. Just call it a music festival.
The festival was great - good weather thru out. I paid particular attention to Roy Haynes, Terence Blanchard, Wynton Marsalis, the Rebirth Brass Band, Dumpstaphunk, New Orleans Nightcrawlers, Soul Rebels and even a little Dave Matthews...
