The City of Miami Beach presents the Food Truck and Music Festival Wednesday, November 27, from 5-10 PM, featuring the hot tropical jazz of Johnny Conga and The Tropical Jazz Project from 6-9. Johnny Conga has performed with many major artists, such as Carlos Santana, Eddie Palmieri, Michael Schrieve, Sergio Mendes, Gloria Gaynor, The Jackson 5, Gloria Estefan, Paquito D'Rivera, Arturo Sandoval, Dave Valentin, Johnny Pacheco, and over 150 bands and with over 20 Grammy-winning artists. He has done 17 international tours, radio, television, recordings and movies. He has received the Golden Ear Award by the Earshot Jazz Organization (Seattle) for his latest recording, OYE!/LISTEN! At the North Shore Bandshell, 7275 Collins Avenue.
