Swedish saxophonist Amanda Sedgwick makes her recording debut with a two-part issue, featuring both a jazzy quartet and a classically themed nine-piece chamber ensemble. The 25-minute-long title track is sparked by unexpected shifts in musical patterns. The quartet later delivers Ornette Coleman's "Round Trip" with the attention to dissonant complexity it deserves.
