On four cuts, including the "Young & Restless" theme, "Somewhere Out There," "Music of the Night" and "It's Alright With Me," pianist Prude is backed by the lush strings and arrangements of the Portland Oregon Pops Symphony. Prude has a blues-inflected, upbeat touch on his compositions "Kitty Kat" and "Blues on the 30th Floor." Prude is always relaxed, whether the context is semi-classical, blues or pop. "You Are the Sunshine of My Life" features his son, Prude, Jr., on drums.
