Today is International Jazz Day!

Events taking place in 196 nations; all-star concert tonight in Istanbul

Today is the second annual International Jazz Day, and events are taking place in virtually every country in the world. This year, Istanbul, Turkey was chosen as the host city for the main event, an all-star concert featuring artists from 15 nations as well as a host of related educational and cultural events.
