Saxfiend’s Wall-Mounted Locoparasaxo Saxophone Stand

New product displays horns and keeps them out of harm’s way

Locoparasaxo is a new wall-mounted saxophone stand from Saxfiend. According to the company, the product can be used to display saxophones and to keep them out of the way of fellow musicians and studio engineers, and safe at home from children and pets. Saxfiend (a.k.a. Trystan Trenberth) says that Locoparasaxo takes a “unique approach to accuracy, flexibility, security, convenience, sturdiness and aesthetics,” and notes that artists such as Mindi Abair, Candy and Hans Dulfer, Keyan Williams, Cindy Bradley, Eddie Baccus Jr., Dominic Amato and Keith McKelley endorse these products.

These wall mounts, according to a company statement, are designed to be used with straight and curved saxes from soprano through baritone, and can also be used with flute, clarinet, French horn, trombone and trumpet.

The new “Exhibit” variation enables display to tabletop or floor mount for storage or exhibition purposes. Products are priced from $72.99.
