Accuses Hilary Kole of copyright infringement

Kelly Peterson, the widow of jazz piano great Oscar Peterson, has filed a $1 million copyright infringement lawsuit against vocalist Hilary Kole, claiming that the singer gave four unreleased recordings to an internet radio station. According to an article in the New York Daily News, Kole recorded the four tracks with Peterson months before his death in December 2007—they were the last recordings Peterson made. The radio station played one of the unreleased songs, according to the article. Kelly Peterson is seeking the return of the recordings as well as a monetary reward.
