Savion Glover Releases DVD with Tyner, Palmieri, Haynes & DeJohnette

Tap dance great’s ‘Fours’ was recorded live at the Blue Note

Tap dancer Savion Glover has released a dance concert titled Fours on DVD, featuring jams with four jazz icons: McCoy Tyner, Eddie Palmieri, Roy Haynes and Jack DeJohnette. The DVD is available in stores and online from Half Note Records. Backing Glover and his guests are Patience Higgins (saxophone), Marcus Strickland (saxophone), Kurt Faussette (piano), Andy McCloud (bass) and Brian Grice (drums).
