Hiromi to Release Live DVD

Pianist teams with bassist Anthony Jackson and drummer Simon Phillips

Japanese pianist Hiromi, accompanied by contrabass guitarist Anthony Jackson and drummer Simon Phillips will release Live at Marciac (Telarc), a DVD recorded July 31, 2011 in France. The DVD features six Hiromi originals, a version of “Beethoven’s Piano Sonata No. 8, Pathetique and a special bonus feature. The track listing is:

5. Beethoven’s Piano Sonata No. 8, Pathetique

6. Dancando No Paraiso

7. Joy

8. Special Feature: Five Days, Five Countries

Hiromi’s next album will be Move, out next January.
