New Gary Burton Quartet Plans North American Tour

Guitarist Julian Lage, bassist Scott Colley and drummer Antonio Sanchez round out the band

Mack Avenue Records has announced a 12-city North American tour for the New Gary Burton Quartet from September through October. The group, comprised of vibraphonist Burton, guitarist Julian Lage, bassist Scott Colley and drummer Antonio Sanchez, will perform in support of their debut release, Common Ground. The album is Burton’s first studio release since 2005 and his first for Mack Avenue.
