Other artists scheduled to perform at the festival, which runs from Sept. 2-5, are Angelique Kidjo, Dianne Reeves and Lizz Wright, together, “continuing the legacies of Miriam Makeba, Abbey Lincoln and Odetta,” according to the festival website; Curtis Fuller; Jeff “Tain” Watts; Dave Holland Octet; Toots Thielemans; and many others.
