Pianist Montelione's debut CD was recorded at the famed Van Gelder studio. This is a mainstream outing with standout numbers such as the gorgeous ballads, "My Foolish Heart" and "I Fall in Love Too Easily" and uptempo tunes like "Gloria's Heart," featuring John Stubblefield on soprano sax and "Gigology," composed by bassist Michael Logan. "Beautiful Love" is another swinger. Montelione plays solo piano on "Love Theme for My Family."
